Privacy policy
Effective August 11, 2026.
Information we collect
When you sign in, 29Game receives your account identifier, display name, email address, and profile photo from your chosen sign-in provider. We also store your selected country, game statistics, active games, and match history. During a live game, we process room membership, cards and moves, connection status, and temporary quick-chat reactions.
You can play offline bot games without creating an account. We do not request access to contacts, precise location, photos, camera, or microphone.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, operate multiplayer games, restore active tables, show player identity and leaderboards, prevent cheating, and maintain game history. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers and security
29Game uses Google Firebase for authentication and game data, Contabo for the multiplayer relay, and Cloudflare for secure traffic delivery. These providers process information only to operate the service. Network traffic is encrypted in transit.
Retention and deletion
Account information is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your profile, statistics, match history, and authentication account from Profile → Delete Account. References in shared game records are anonymized. You can also use our account deletion page if you cannot access the app.
Temporary quick-chat reactions are not retained as chat history. Some minimal records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Children
29Game is a general-audience card game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
