Delete your 29Game account

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to 29Game.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm permanent deletion.

This removes your authentication account, profile, statistics, active-game index, and match history. Your identity in shared game and leaderboard records is removed or anonymized. This cannot be undone.

If the app asks you to sign in again, sign out, sign back in with the same Google account, and repeat the steps. This security check prevents another person with temporary device access from deleting your account.

Request deletion without the app

Email nahidhasan282@gmail.com with the subject 29Game account deletion request and the Google email address used for 29Game. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

Deletion requests are normally completed within 7 days. We will confirm when the account data has been removed. Minimal records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, as described in our privacy policy.
